Technology & Innovation

“Intelligent technology” is a line of business, not a word in the name

Our registered business scope covers software development, big-data services, digital technology services, systems integration and an AI infrastructure platform. Those capabilities already run inside a working marketplace, and we use them again in partner work.

Platform engineering

Systems designed for years of operation

Automated operations

Listing, order flow, reconciliation and notification are highly automated, cutting both cost and human error.

Maintainable & extensible

Layered modular design lets new categories, modes and channels extend the existing frame instead of starting over.

Low running cost

Open-source throughout with zero commercial licence fees; containerised deployment scales resources on demand.

Failure-tolerant

Degradation and fallback paths on critical links, so a single fault does not halt transactions.

CRM & supply-chain links

Customers, merchants, entrepreneurs and suppliers share one relationship data model, removing handoff gaps.

IP protection

Code, trademarks, brand assets and documentation managed to intellectual-property standards with provenance.

AI system

Where AI is used, and how it is governed

Every AI capability inside the platform has a defined role boundary, an explicit source of authority, and a human override. What it may decide, and what must be decided by a person, is written down.

  • Customer-service assistants covering four roles — consumer, merchant, entrepreneur and operations — answering only from platform rules and executed agreements
  • Operational assistance for content preparation, anomaly flagging and workflow follow-up within fixed rules
  • Governance framework with capability tiers, action logging and a human review channel, preventing overreach
  • Authoritative rule source — outputs derive from encoded statutes and live agreements; the AI never invents rules
Why this design

In commerce, one wrong explanation of a rule can cause real financial and reputational loss. Boundaries therefore come before cleverness.

Compliance engineering

Compliance built into the engineering

Risk controls are set before the fact rather than applied afterwards. These four are the ones partners ask about most.

Statute as rule source

More than twenty legal instruments are encoded as the platform's single authoritative source; every rule change traces back to a clause.

Dual-path fund accounting

Flows of different character are kept on separate accounting paths, avoiding commingling and easing reconciliation, audit and tax treatment.

Hash-chain audit trail

Key operations and agreement executions form a chained, tamper-evident record that settles disputes with evidence.

Pyramid-boundary safeguards

Profit-sharing depth and incentive structure are constrained at architecture level, so compliance does not depend on manual review.

Engineering principles

Five rules we make technology decisions by

One, open source first. No core component that carries a licence fee — it protects us from vendor lock-in and keeps long-run cost low.

Two, isolation before features. The three business lines keep separate databases. We will write an extra layer rather than share tables for convenience.

Three, every rule needs an authority. Anything touching money, entitlement or liability must be able to answer “under which clause”.

Four, observability is a feature. Instrumentation and alerting ship on day one on critical paths, rather than being retrofitted after an incident.

Five, AI must be governable. Capability tiers, least privilege, action logging and human intervention — all four, or it does not ship.

Technology partnerships

If you need marketplace development, supply-chain systems, data-compliance architecture or governed AI service desks, we are open to capability-sharing work.
